Cats: $150 deposit and $150 non-refundable fee required. Monthly rent of $15 will be charged. Dogs: Dogs are welcome on floors 2-6. $250 deposit and $250 non-refundable fee required. Monthly rent of $35 will be charged. Certain breed restrictions and breed-mixes are prohibited at all times. Prohibited breeds include but are not limited to: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
