Pet Policy:
Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Animal license through the City of Tacoma and vaccination record current for rabies required.
Cats:
$250 deposit and $250 non-refundable fee required. Monthly rent of $35 will be charged.
Dogs:
$250 deposit and $250 non-refundable fee required. Monthly rent of $35 will be charged.
